Service Technician

We are looking for a talented individual to join our growing team as a Service Technician in our current and new Class A apartment community at - Florin Hill | New Apartments in Mount Joy PA.

This is an early-career role where you can learn on the job working closely with leaders who are well versed in training you to succeed.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate through prior work experience an aptitude to make minor repairs and adjustments to apartment homes while working on a team committed to making people feel special.

To be considered for the role, you will possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to operate company vehicles. You will also need to demonstrate your commitment to “always improving” and willingness to be counted on to “deliver every day” by meeting our high standards of service and professionalism.

As a Service Technician you will respond to requests made by our residents for service to the systems within our apartment homes while ensuring they feel special during and after their service appointment. You will also be responsible for managing outside vendors for some service work and to prepare apartment homes for new residents. In addition, you will complete and manage small projects to maintain the common spaces and exteriors of our apartment homes.

Your role also includes being a part of the operations team onsite, including a Service Manager, Leasing Managers, and General Manager.
