What You’ll Be Doing:  

• Ability to run a small crew 
• Scheduling homeowners service needs 
• Diagnose and fix problems efficiently 
• Interact with homeowners, ensuring a satisfactory experience 
• Maintain a field presence 80% of the time 
• Handle office responsibilities 20% of the time 

What You'll Get:  

• Weekly Pay - Earn $48,000 - $53,000 annually

• 3 years of hands-on residential waterproofing experience is preferred not required 
• Typical work hours are 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility required during peak seasons or periods of increased workload 
• A valid driver's license with a clean record is required 
• Willingness to become forklift certified 
• Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software is helpful 
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
