Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform complex diagnostics and complete advanced repairs on Ford vehicles

  
  


• 
  

  Handle engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, and climate control systems

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct test drives and verify repairs with diagnostic equipment and specialized tools

  
  


• 
  

  Follow manufacturer specifications to execute warranty and recall work

  
  


• 
  

  Work efficiently to meet flat-rate and productivity goals while maintaining quality standards

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair needs and provide time estimates

  
  


• 
  

  Stay current with Ford training and new technology updates

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Ford Certification preferred (B-Level or above strongly preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of dealership or equivalent technician experience

  
  


• 
  

  Proven ability in diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair

  
  


• 
  

  Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong customer service skills
