We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.  $1,500 paid at 60 days and $1,500 paid at 6 months of employment.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Automotive Technician acts as a consultant for diagnostic work, vehicle repairs, and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.


• Accurately complete diagnostics and repairs on customer vehicles.


• Partner with staff to deliver on goals with integrity.


• Quality check vehicle repairs.


• Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and events. 


• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.


• Other tasks as assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Some experience in diagnostics and repairs required. 


• ASE Certified or Equivalent. 


• Fast learner


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Excellent customer service skills


• Team player


• Computer literate


• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment


• Have a valid driver’s license


• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.


• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
