Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform repair work as assigned on repair orders with guidance from senior technicians.

  
  


• 
  

  Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to assist in troubleshooting issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Learn to diagnose, maintain, and repair key vehicle systems: engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, steering, HVAC, and more.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about repair needs and timelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in executing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  1–2 years of service or automotive experience preferred (but not required).

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent required.

  
  


• 
  

  ASE certifications and/or Ford training a plus (training support provided).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to operate diagnostic and repair tools with guidance.

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent teamwork skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
