Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician with a versatile skillset to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience addressing common repair issues across commercial environments, with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance services, including:
• Flooring repairs (tile, vinyl, carpet patching, etc.)
• Electrical troubleshooting and minor electrical repairs
• Painting, including graffiti removal and touch-ups
• Respond to service requests efficiently and professionally.
• Work independently and manage time effectively while maintaining a full-time schedule.
• Communicate clearly with clients, supervisors, and team members regarding project status and needs.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven proficiency in common repair trades (flooring, electrical, painting).
• 3+ years of maintenance or service technician experience; experience in commercial work strongly preferred.
• Exposure to both commercial & residential projects is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to various repair needs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders when required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.
