In this role, you will be responsible for driving our state-of-the-art remote service van, providing exceptional service to our valued customers right at their doorstep.

Position: Remote Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate our fully equipped remote service van.


• Perform on-site maintenance and repairs for a variety of vehicles.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.


• Provide top-notch customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.


• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.


• Collaborate with the main service department to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Automotive technician with experience.


• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Familiarity with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
