Service Technician

We’re looking for skilled Service Technicians with hands-on experience in low-voltage or security systems. This role involves field service, diagnostics, repairs, and strong customer interaction across the Boston area.

What You’ll Do

• Install, service, and maintain low-voltage and security systems
• Perform onsite diagnostics and complete repairs
• Communicate clearly with customers and document all work
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and quality on every job
• Travel to client locations throughout the region

• Experience in security systems or low-voltage work
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Valid driver’s license and transportation (preferred)
• Experience with CCTV, access control, alarms, or cabling (preferred)
