Smog-Certified Service Technician

Subaru of Thousand Oaks is looking for an experienced, motivated Smog-Certified Service Technician to join our award-winning service team. What You’ll Do

• Perform accurate and efficient diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Subaru vehicles and other makes
• Conduct California smog inspections in accordance with state regulations
• Complete multi-point inspections and document findings clearly
• Communicate effectively with advisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment
• Deliver the high-quality service experience our customers expect

What We’re Looking For

• Current California Smog Certification (Required)
• Automotive technician experience (Subaru or other OEM certification a plus)
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to excellence

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.00 - $62.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
