Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Audi vehicles accurately and efficiently.


• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.


• Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot complex vehicle problems.


• Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with service advisors and customers.


• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during service operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive service technician, preferably with Audi or similar luxury vehicles.


• Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, mechanical diagnosis, and repair techniques.


• Ability to interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and diagnostic reports.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Relevant certifications or ASE accreditation is a plus.
