Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technician to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation, Service and Testing of Fire Alarm and Burglar Alarm Systems


• Provide customers with required equipment documentation and Training


• If applicable, install and upgrade all new systems as required by the manufacturer


• Complete Installation of Systems in an efficient and profitable manner


• Responsible for advising management of additional equipment and Installation requirements


• Provide technical support to the field when required


• Communicate effectively with management on all Installation issues and problems


• Maintain customer satisfaction by performing quality Services that ensure all equipment operates at a peak performance

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Five years plus Fire and Burglar Alarm experience


•  Computer literate


• Demonstrate good mechanical aptitude


• Demonstrate good troubleshooting skills


• Knowledge of NFPA- National Fire Alarm Codes


• Connecticut Alarm License


• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

Salary between $25-35 an hour based on experience.
