Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte is seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our reputation for quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex vehicle maintenance and repairs accurately and efficiently


• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and software


• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle condition and necessary repairs


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety guidelines


• Stay current with industry trends, standards, and technology to improve skills and service quality

Requirements

• Previous experience as a service technician in an automotive environment preferred


• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with Kia vehicles is a plus


• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record


• Strong communication and teamwork skills
