Your Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems: engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more

  
  


• 
  

  Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs or service needs

  
  


• 
  

  Complete warranty repairs in line with manufacturer specifications

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Ford Certification preferred

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills (B-level qualifications)

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools and basic computer systems

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent customer service and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
