Window World is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Service Technician to join our Dallas-Fort Worth team. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and helping customers, we'd love to meet you.

Whether you have experience in construction, home improvement, carpentry, or are simply mechanically inclined and eager to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values hard work and promotes from within.

Pay: $19 to $20 per hour, based on experience
Overtime Available

What You'll Do

• Repair and service replacement windows, entry doors, and siding


• Perform maintenance and light repairs at customer homes


• Complete caulking, finishing, and touch-up painting as needed


• Diagnose product and installation issues and document repair recommendations


• Safely operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles


• Travel to customer job sites using a company-provided truck


• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Window World professionally


• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure quality service

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills


• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship


• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude


• Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls


• Comfortable using hand and power tools


• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions


• Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, handyman services, window and door installation, or home improvement is preferred but not required
