 We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Service Technician to support exterior cleaning and facility maintenance services. This role primarily focuses on pressure washing and related services for commercial properties, fleets, parking areas, and facilities. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, follows safety procedures, and can work independently or as part of a team. 

Requirements

•  High School diploma or equivalent 
•  Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record 
•  Must be 21 years of age or older 
•  Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques (preferred) 
•  Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment 
•  Physical ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in various weather conditions 
•  Good communication and time management skills 
•  Must pass a background check and DMV record check
