️ What You'll Do
Perform automotive repairs and maintenance according to repair orders and manufacturer specifications
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
Properly use electronic diagnostic equipment and repair information
Perform inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members
Follow all manufacturer, dealership, and safety procedures
Take pride in delivering high-quality repairs and an exceptional customer experience
Continuously develop your technical skills and stay current with new automotive technology.
What We're Looking For
Automotive technician experience preferred
Audi and/or Volkswagen experience is a PLUS!
ASE certifications are a plus
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent attention to detail
Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity
Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
Positive, professional attitude
Eagerness to learn and improve
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer specifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Employment Requirements
Candidates must successfully complete a background check
Candidates must successfully complete a drug screening
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
