Position Overview

As our Field Service Technician, you'll leverage your technical expertise to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial heating systems while building lasting relationships with our valued clients. This position offers a perfect blend of mechanical challenge and professional growth.

Essential Responsibilities

• Execute precise combustion testing and fuel/air ratio calibrations using advanced diagnostic equipment
• Perform comprehensive maintenance and repairs on industrial steam and hot water boilers
• Lead installation projects and system startups for new boiler and burner systems
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
• Maintain detailed service documentation and develop customer relationships
• Identify upgrade opportunities and contribute to business growth

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial service experience, preferably with boiler/burner systems
• Proven expertise in combustion systems and controls
• Strong technical comprehension of electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Available for on-call rotation and emergency response
• Technical certification in relevant field (preferred)
