What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and light repair work on windows, doors, and siding


• Repair and replace vinyl replacement windows, entry doors, and exterior siding


• Complete caulking, painting, and finishing work as needed


• Inspect completed work and document maintenance and repairs


• Maintain company tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition


• Drive a company vehicle to and from customer job sites


• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction


• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to travel to the Baton Rouge warehouse daily


• Experience in carpentry, construction, masonry, remodeling, or general home improvement is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay up to $20 per hour, based on experience
