Service Technician - Colorado Springs, CO

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for efficiently performing various types of roofing installations utilizing safe work practices.

Essential Job Functions:

• Communicate schedule adjustments with Lead as needed


• Work efficiently and collaboratively with Lead Tech


• Share experience and knowledge with team for effective completion of work orders


• Adapt to management needs to help with efficiency and


• Clean, maintain, and stock assigned work truck


• Ensure necessary materials are kept stocked in the warehouse


• Support Service Tech Lead in organizing and scheduling with multiple clients and job scopes

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED


• 2-3 years of experience in roofing

• Experience working with metal roofing, coping, and materials such as, epdm, tpo, pvc, etc.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Vast knowledge of roofing applications, systems, and repair


• Class E Driver License


• Deadline orientated


• OSHA 10 Certified


• Must have excellent customer relations skills


• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal need for direction and oversight

• Must be able to obtain security clearance on military job sites


• Demonstrated time-management and organizational skills


• Detail-oriented

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

• Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program


• Willing to travel


• Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)


• Frequently lift and carry 50lbs or greater


• Frequent bending, kneeling, walking


• Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)


• Overtime and weekend work
