Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customers’ businesses, install new appliances, and diagnose and repair their existing appliances. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests for appliance service
- Evaluate and diagnose commercial appliance problems
- Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation
- Repair appliances
- Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services
- Adhere to manufacturer recommendations
- Teach end user how to operate their appliances
- Maintain accurate and detailed records
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Self motivated
- Previous experience required- 1 year minimum in HVAC, Refrigeration, or commercial appliance repair.
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Excellent customer service skills
- EPA certification
- Good troubleshooting capabilities.
- Mechanical skills
