Utilizing our workforce in the broadband industry has enabled us to develop the necessary know-how to handle complex projects and deliver high-quality results to our clients.

We are looking for small business owners, entrepreneurs or individuals who operate installation or service technician teams that can help us provide high-performing, reliable managed network services. These services include managing broadband, routing, SD-WAN, security, wi-fi- VoIP and digital signage. This is your chance to be hands-on with technology, work with a variety of people and provide a unique and much-needed service to business owners.

Job duties include:

• Provide fast, secure broadband connectivity of high-performance networks.
• Simplify the management of routing equipment across all locations and provide for end-to-end availability and secure site access.
• Transform ordinary broadband connections to secure enterprise-grade, high-performance WANs.
• Deliver managed cybersecurity designed to optimize network performance.
• Ensure switches are consistently configured for optimum reliability, performance and enhanced security.
• Provide fast and reliable Wi-Fi access.
• Leverage data networks to provide high-quality voice communications.
• Deliver innovative media solutions for enterprise customers.

Other duties include working closely with customers and utilizing a professional level of customer service skills on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Reliable Transportation/Vehicle.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• Possess great work ethic.
• Ability to travel out of state as needed is huge plus as we reimburse travel expenses.

Schedule:

• Primarily Monday – Friday with some weekends, based on customer requests.
