What You’ll Do:

• Clean interior & exterior windows


• Perform gutter cleaning and small repairs


• Soft wash houses, decks, and patios


• Power wash surfaces


• Install holiday lights


• Provide friendly, professional customer service


• Prepare simple estimates and follow up with customers
  
  

What We Expect:

• Attendance and dependability are critical—our customers count on us


• Excellent customer service skills


• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions


• Comfortable with ladders (most work is 1–2 stories)


• Lift 25 lbs regularly and perform physical work all day


• Clean, professional appearance—no facial tattoos while representing the company


• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Pay: After training, up to $23–$25/hr for commission-eligible employees
