The Service Technician will be integral in performing repairs, calibrations, conversions, field service, training, and demonstration activities at ITH and customer locations. This role requires travel for offsite work and involves a variety of tasks related to toolbox fabrication, inventory management, and supporting other positions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair ITH tools in the shop and the field
• Travel (up to 40% of the time) to customer sites for field service work
• Enter repair information into the computer for service reports
• Modify and prepare toolboxes for ITH tool kits
• Pack and unpack ITH booth and tools for trade shows
• Maintain inventory records and assist with physical counts
• Provide customer service through phone interactions
• Conduct training, demonstrations, and support sales activities at customer sites
• Perform product conversions as required by production orders
