Location: You will have the opportunity to work in Hanover Park, IL

Salary: $20 per hour

About the role

As a Flex Services Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert installing, repairing, testing, and servicing a wide range of systems and communication technologies. You’ll solve problems, keep clients running smoothly, and help build the digital infrastructure of tomorrow. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime. 
  • Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions. 
  • Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance. 
  • Supporting Insight’s depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair

What we’re looking for

  • Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions. 
  • IT-related certificate or diploma 
  • 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience 
  • Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills 
  • A+ certification (preferred) 
  • Previous experience working as certified HP, Dell or Lenovo technician (preferred)
