HVAC Service Technician & Installation Specialist

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead installations, maintenance, and repairs for commercial and industrial HVAC systems throughout South Florida's most prestigious properties.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Execute complex HVAC system installations, including ductwork, chillers, and digital controls
• Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on advanced HVAC systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes
• Provide technical guidance and superior customer service to clients
• Document service calls, repairs, and installations in digital systems

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC installation and service experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including VRF and building automation
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
