What You’ll Do:

A Service and Sales Representative be responsible for promoting and selling dishwashing equipment and related products to businesses in the food service and hospitality industries. They would manage customer accounts, provide product recommendations, handle inquiries, and address service issues. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and offering solutions to improve their dishwashing processes. Additionally, they may troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate maintenance services, and strive to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

The requirements for this position include possessing a valid driver’s license, mechanical skills, and good verbal and written communication abilities. This is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor role that involves driving a company vehicle, lifting up to 50 pounds of cleaning chemicals daily, and potentially ascending/descending stairs at both the branch and customer locations.
