Job Title and Location: Service Technician - San Diego and surrounding areas

Required Minimum Experience: 2 years Commercial Service that included drywall, electrical, plumbing, & carpentry/framing
Compensation:  $25.00 $28.00

Service Technician Job Duties:

• Provide maintenance services as needed – plumbing, painting, light carpentry, or lighting repairs


• Provide onsite access to vendors or subcontractors, as needed


• Communicate regularly with office staff and supervisors, as required


• Conduct job site walks and inspections and report all findings accurately via designated database


• Report activity of homeless or vagrants occupying facilities and report of tenant questions


• Ensure prompt action to questions, concerns or requests from customers


• Maintain required work vehicle inventory levels


• Answer phone calls and emails from office staff and supervisor in a timely manner


• Work with general managers and supervisors to complete tasks
  

Service Technician Preferred Skills:

• Desired background in Electric or Lighting repairs
