Full Time Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm

$15-$17 per hour based on experience

As a Service Valet, you are the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by assisting with vehicle pick-up and drop-off, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking and service areas while supporting the service team with various tasks to help create a seamless service process. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival


• Safely move and park customer vehicles within designated areas


• Assist with vehicle retrieval and delivery for service appointments


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and parking areas


• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to ensure timely service


• Perform miscellaneous tasks to support the service department as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
