Service Valet

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Department Valet to join our team. As a Service Department Valet, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers by managing vehicle flow, assisting with service check-ins, and maintaining a clean and organized service drive.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.


• Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.


• Assist service advisors with customer check-in and check-out processes.


• Maintain a clean and organized service drive, including sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep.


• Install protective coverings (e.g., seat covers, floor mats) in customer vehicles.


• Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage and document findings.


• Assist with moving vehicles within the service department and parking lot.


• Provide clear and accurate directions to customers.


• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
