We are seeking a reliable and professional Service Valet to join our team in Metairie, LA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional valet services, ensuring vehicles are safely parked and returned promptly to customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle vehicles with care.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.


• Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.


• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area.


• Assist customers with any questions or concerns regarding their vehicles.


• Ensure all vehicles are returned in the same condition as received.


• Follow all safety and security procedures while handling vehicles.


• Communicate effectively with service and management teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Valet or similar role.


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Excellent customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to handle vehicles carefully and responsibly.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
