Our Service Drive Valet team is the first point of contact for customers, and we are looking for a friendly, professional, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Service Greeter.
Position Overview:
As a Service Valet Greeter, you will be the face of our service department, welcoming customers, assisting with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive. This role is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the efficiency of our service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner upon arrival.
Assist with vehicle check-in and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to coordinate customer needs.
Maintain a clean and organized service drive area.
Provide general assistance to customers, answer questions, and address concerns promptly.
Uphold the dealership’s standards of customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
Clean driving record and valid NC drivers license
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or automotive environment preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
