Position Summary

As the Service Valet Greeter, you are the face of our award-winning service department. You will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers, managing efficient vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, and ensuring an outstanding experience from arrival to departure. This role is essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction and guaranteeing the smooth, efficient flow of our service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  Warm Welcome: Greet all customers with a professional and courteous demeanor upon their arrival.

  Customer Support: Assist customers efficiently with vehicle check-in and ensure all necessary service documentation is completed.

  Operational Hub: Act as the liaison, communicating clearly and effectively with Service Advisors and Technicians to coordinate customer needs.

  Service Drive Excellence: Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and professional service drive area.

  Problem Solver: Provide prompt general assistance, skillfully answering questions and quickly addressing any customer concerns.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

  A clean driving record and a valid NC Driver's License are required.
