Job Description

A Brinkley Service Writer will be responsible for taking exceptional care of our customers and service providers by sharing creative solutions to the unique problems that may arise. This is done by developing strong customer relationships through successful management of customer needs. This includes:

• Maintaining organized computerized customer profile information
• Listening to customer needs and requests
• Documenting the repairs needed so service techs can diagnose/fix customer concerns
• Scheduling and dispatching technicians
• Communicating all necessary information regarding costs, parts, and timelines to customers
• Arranging customer appointments
• Entering accurate details of repair jobs into our data management system
