Service Writer

We are seeking a friendly and organized Service Writer to join our team. As the key link between customers and technicians, you’ll ensure a smooth service experience from start to finish — greeting guests, writing repair orders, explaining services, providing cost estimates with guiding customers towards recommendations, and keeping customers updated from drop-off to pick-up.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns


• Write accurate repair orders and explain recommended services


• Explain and sell recommended services


• Communicate updates between customers and technicians


• Ensure services are completed on time and to customer satisfaction


• Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service or automotive service experience preferred


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• A positive, customer-focused attitude
