We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Writer to join our team in Ft. Pierce, FL. As the first point of contact for our truck repair services, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. If you’re customer-focused, energetic, and experienced with CDK and mechanical systems, this is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service as set by the Service Manager
Schedule appointments and prepare estimates for customers
Advise customers on recommended maintenance per manufacturer specifications
Document repair and service orders accurately in CDK
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals
Follow up with customers via calls or emails on repair status and changes to estimates/pick-up times
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Prior Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive/truck service experience preferred
Experience with CDK strongly preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bilingual skills a plus
Valid driver’s license required
Work Authorization
