Service Writer/Advisor

East Bay Motorsports, established in 2001, is the Bay Area’s premier powersports dealer.

We represent the following brands at our East Bay location:
Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, Polaris and CF Moto. Our product lines include motorcycles, watercraft, Side by Sides, ATV’s and generators.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Service Writer to join our team.

We value long term relationships with our customers and staff, and are looking for candidates with a passion for powersports, great attitude, and outstanding work ethic.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Writing service repair orders

-Interact with technicians

-Manage service jobs in progress

-Ongoing communication with customers, suppliers and OEM factories

-Sales driven/ meet monthly sales goals

Requirements:

-Exceptional customer service skills 

-Basic motorsports knowledge

-Strong sales skills and communication skills - written and verbal

-Ability to work Saturdays (5 day work week)

-Must be organized, have a positive attitude, and driven to help customers

-Ability to use the web as a resource

-Clean driving record and current California driver’s license

Bilingual Spanish speaker plus

Very competitive hourly pay plus commission
