Service/Inspection Technician

Description

 We are looking for a skilled Service Inspection Technician to join our team. This role involves inspecting, maintaining, and programming fire alarm systems to ensure they operate effectively and meet safety regulations. 

Requirements

• Ability to use tech support, manuals, and other forms of information to solve issues in the field.
• Experience in maintaining timesheets, detailed notes, and material usage for work orders.
• Must be able and willing to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to perform work in unusual & sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding & high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working in ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
• Three years of experience in low voltage installation
• Hand tool, power tool and multi-meter usage experience
• Texas State Fire Alarm License
• Notifier certification or knowledge of Notifier parts is a plus.
• Licenses outside the FAL are encouraged but not required.
• Flexible with scheduled work. Before Hours, After Hours, Weekend Work.

Pay Range: $25.00-$35.00 Per Hour, depending on experience and additional licenses.
