ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical architecture and hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, along with proven expertise in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow modules. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
• Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance for ServiceNow development teams
• Ensure best practices are followed in ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and customizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Provide leadership in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, and SPM

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
• Must reside in Arizona or California
• ServiceNow CAD or CTA certification required (minimum)
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and technical architecture
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and SPM modules highly preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
