Summary:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on ServiceNow Architect to drive the design, governance, and evolution of a critical enterprise platform. In this role, you’ll ensure the platform supports our business strategy while delivering reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and continuous improvement of the enterprise platform
Define and maintain architecture standards to ensure scalability, performance, and long-term sustainability
Oversee system performance, reliability, and availability, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization
Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across all platform capabilities
Manage platform administration, including leading and mentoring platform administrators
Drive the development of efficient workflows, streamlined processes, and system integrations across enterprise applications
Collaborate closely with infrastructure, application development, and service management teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions
Champion innovation and best practices to continuously enhance platform capabilities and user experience
What You Bring:
Experience leading or managing enterprise platforms or large-scale systems
Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and governance frameworks
Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
Knowledge of security, compliance, and data management principles
Experience guiding teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and business value

Starting salary is $153,518
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
1. Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time experience in computer system hardware, operating systems and software, enterprise networking or computer systems security as it relates to technology used at the organization; or
2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and the equivalent of ten (10) years of full-time experience in computer system hardware, operating systems and software, enterprise networking or computer systems security as it relates to technology used at the organization; or
3. Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and the equivalent of twelve (12) years of full-time experience in computer system hardware, operating systems and software, enterprise networking or computer systems security as it relates to technology used at the organization.
NOTE: Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
