The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and SecOps. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, integration, and best practices.

Utilize in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in HRSD, S2P and Employee Center modules, to guide development teams.

Design, architect, and implement scalable, robust, and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's business requirements

responsibilities:

Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT strategies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, and reports.

Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the ServiceNow platform.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Conduct regular reviews of existing implementations, recommending improvements and optimizations.

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and industry trends, incorporating them into solutions where appropriate.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.

Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs, configurations, and processes.

Assist in the creation and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
