Job Description - ServiceNow Business Process Consultant
Work closely with our clients to determine strategies for increased solutions adoption and organizational readiness Leading functional discovery and process workshops and working sessions leveraging the NTT methodology Defining industry and client specific business process solutions while identifying opportunities and advising on all things business process related to ServiceNow implementation projects Furthering your ServiceNow Expertise by developing knowledge on multiple practices within the ServiceNow platform 4+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience 3+ years of experience leading business process design workshops to elicit client requirements ITIL Foundations Certification and/or Expertise in additional practice areas such as ITAM, ITBM, SPM, WSD, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, IRM, ITSM, Service Portal (UX Deign), etc
