Role: ServiceNow Consultant/DeveloperLocation: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)Duration: Contract to Hire

Role Description:

8+Responsible for designing and implementing solutionsProvides technical evaluations of customer systems.Participates in design of information system contingency plans that maintain appropriate levels of protection and meet time requirements for minimizing operations impact to customer organizationKnowledge of Cloud, multiple programming languagesKnowledge of system design, best practices.8+ Years3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow technologies:ServiceNow Core Platform (ITSM modules, CSM, ITOM, SPM, etc.)Scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script, Angular)Integration experience with web services (REST and SOAP)Strong understanding of ITILAble to work independently with minimum supervisionExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA team-oriented mindset and a desire to collaborate with others to achieve success.Knowledge and application of Leano Defining and documenting standard work Problem solving skills Process improvementAgile and collaboration tools including but not limited to Rally or ConfluenceStrong organizational, written, and oral communication skillsAbility to work under rigid deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAdept at making quick and sound priority decisionsAbility to follow documented, well-defined processesReliable and committedAbility to quickly learn and apply new technologiesKnowledge in general technology systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)Soft Skills: Change Agent, Collaboration, Comfort in Ambiguity, Communication, Decision Making & Risk Management, Influence, Problem Solving
