Job Description - ServiceNow Developer
Required Skills:
Workplace Service Delivery: 1 year plus of experience in implementation
ServiceNow Expertise (Expected to have worked in WSD modules): Hands-on experience of working on ServiceNow platform, Workplace Service Delivery (Safe Workplace, Health and Safety Incident, Reservation, Case, Visitor, Maintenance etc. Management modules), Orchestration, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile, UI Builder, Designers, Automated Testing Framework and Service Portal
Integrations (designed, implemented 2-3 integrations): Integration Hub, Rest API, SOAP, eBonding, Jira, Azure, Microsoft Teams, MS Outlook, Office365, Mappedin, and third-party apps.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL and facility Management best practices is required, as ServiceNow is commonly used for service management.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and development teams.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset and the ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
Technology awareness:
Platform: ServiceNow San Diago and later releases
Frameworks: CI-CD / CSDM
Database: MongoDB, SQL
Programming: Core Java, Angular, ReactJS,
Deployment/Project Management: Concepts of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, DevOps
Qualification:
Graduation in Information Technology/Computer Science
Certifications (MUST HAVE): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certifications (Good to have): ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM/FSM), ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist (CAS), Micro Certification (WSD, Safe Place, Health, Safety Incident Management etc. of WSD Suite)
Working experience with Fortune Customers
