Primary Responsibilities
Working with business analysts and stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Designing, developing, testing, and debugging custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow APIs, scripting languages, and web services
Creating and configuring workflows, forms, UI actions, business rules, reports, dashboards, and other ServiceNow components
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to performance, security, and functionality of the ServiceNow platform and applications
Documenting and maintaining the code and configuration standards and best practices
Providing technical support and guidance to end-users and other developers
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
Certified in ServiceNow System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Application Developer
Experience with TSM, CSM, and SPM
Familiar with RESTful and SOAP web services, and integration tools
Experience in using ServiceNow Studio and other tools to develop and deploy code
