Job Description :

ServiceNow Developer (ITOM/APM)US Citizen, Dual Citizen only. Support the analysis and drive the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Service Mapping related technical capabilities. Provide support to the ITAM Technical Lead and other ServiceNow SMEs on project. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed requirements, use cases, and technical solution. Must have experience leading a development team, working in an Agile Scrum project, and supporting Agile Scrum ceremonies.

* ServiceNow development experience -- Requirements Gathering, Design, Build, Test, and Deployment* Agile Scrum development* Team leadership* Qualitative and Quantitate Analysis skills* * Experience with ServiceNow APM, CMDB/CSDM, and ITOM (Service Mapping / Discovery)

Bachelors degree; or Associates degree plus two years' experience5 years exprience; Consultant 2s apply their skills in such areas as systems development, knowledge of business processes, technical background or supervisory capacity to implement business solutions. For example, Consultants may perform tasks such as Develop functional and technical information system designs Supervise business integration analysts in the development of software designs, computer programming, system testing or training curricula Lead business process redesign teams in the development of new business process architectures Design training programs for information systems users Participate in quality reviews to ensure work complies with specified standards Develop team work plans Perform workflow analyses Design and manage databases Define information systems requirements Assist in project budget preparation Level 2 performs more varied and difficult tasks compared to Level 1, yet has less autonomy than Level 3.

Required Skills:

15+ years of Work experience in ServiceNow10+ years of Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITBM Application Portfolio Management3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
