In this role, you will play a crucial part in the software development life cycle by creating, designing, coding, debugging, and implementing applications. You will analyze existing applications and formulate logic for new developments, ensuring that all code adheres to the required standards and practices. Your expertise will not only contribute to solving complex challenges but also help enhance the technological landscape of payment solutions, impacting millions of users worldwide.
Accountabilities
- Develop moderately complex code using front and/or back end programming languages across multiple platforms.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of analysis, modification, and development of complex code/unit testing.
- Participate in client-facing meetings to determine solution approaches.
- Advise leadership on design, development, and enforcement of business application standards.
- Develop and recommend resource estimates on complex initiatives.
- Assist with on-the-job training and provide expertise to software engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in coding, designing, and analyzing data.
- Advanced knowledge of two or more front/back end languages/technologies.
- Experience with various APIs, external services, and relational/NoSQL databases.
