About the role

Resources will be assigned to work hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday-Friday, local standard time or other mutually agreed upon working hours. Resources will adhere to Contractor paid time off (“PTO”) policies.  

• Resources will update Company's ITAM system at the 10 Hub locations listed above based on inbound and outbound asset movement. The updates will be limited to: State, Substate, Assigned To, Managed By, Stock Room, Comments and Reserved for in the asset table. If required, resources will provide access to Business Continuity Plan (BCP) asset inventory to Company identified personnel stored at the 10 locations listed above.
• Resources will conduct monthly ITAM and stockroom data validation. at the 10 locations listed above.
• Resources will update any movement of the devices in the asset management system of record.
• Resources will manage stock levels based off run rate and adjust as needed for seasonal business needs.
