Location: This is a remote opportunity

About the role

 

You will get to:

  • Support the deployment and configuration of technology devices in retail financial industry
  • Work with a team that supports field technicians in the installation steps from our remote support location  
  • Work in fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task in/out bound phone calls, application of department/install process, updating project details, and manage concurrent issues
  • Work closely with our project teams to understand scope, schedules, and resource requirements and qualified technicians 
  • Be responsible for updating Insight systems with schedules, change requests, technician updates, and other information to keep our partners and projects updated.  
  • Work collaboratively with our partners, technicians, and project teams

What we’re looking for

  • Strong understanding of the various support roles of field techs, Tier2 Support team, and all stakeholders. 
  • Strong communication skills when interacting with technology and non-technology stakeholders. 
  • Reporting metrics to the Customer.  
  • Able to clearly and concisely articulate messages both in written format and orally in 1-on-1 or group situations that build cohesion and gain alignment. 
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment – inherent ability to reprioritize throughout the day as needed.
