Service/Sales Lot Assistant

Description of the role:
We are looking for a dedicated Service/Sales Lot Assistant to join Elk Grove Power Sports in Elk Grove, CA. This role involves assisting in the service and sales department with tasks related to maintaining the lot and helping customers with their inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Keep the lot clean and organized
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Support the service and sales team with various tasks as needed
- Help with inventory management and restocking products

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Benefits:
- Competitive compensation ranging from $16.50 to $20.00 per hour, paid weekly

Responsibilities

• Maintains new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.


• Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.


• Cleans driveway and sidewalks


• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.


• Makes key tags for vehicles.


• Performs other duties as assigned.
