As we continue to expand, we are seeking a ServiceTitan expert to own, optimize, and elevate our platform to drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Position Summary

The ServiceTitan Specialist serves as the internal administrator and subject matter expert for our ServiceTitan platform. This role is responsible for platform setup, configuration, optimization, reporting, data integrity, and ongoing enhancements.

You will work cross-functionally with leadership, operations, dispatch, CSRs, field technicians, accounting, marketing, and data teams to ensure ServiceTitan is fully aligned with business goals and operating standards.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceTitan Administration & Deployment

  • Own the setup, configuration, and optimization of ServiceTitan across business units
  • Configure system settings, modules, workflows, forms, memberships, pricebooks, campaigns, and automation tools
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure proper security and functionality
  • Support onboarding of new teams or locations, ensuring smooth system deployment and adoption
  • Stay current on new ServiceTitan features and recommend implementation where beneficial
  • Partner with ServiceTitan support and third-party vendors as needed

Data Management & System Integrity

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to receive, validate, clean, and configure data within ServiceTitan
  • Perform data imports, cleanup, and system enhancements to maintain platform accuracy
  • Ensure accurate customer records, pricebook structure, tags, memberships, and reporting data
  • Execute and support integrations with accounting platforms, marketing lead sources, and other operational systems
  • Validate that workflows and integrations function properly across departments

Reporting & Performance Analytics

  • Build and maintain custom dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards within ServiceTitan
  • Develop recurring operational, sales, and financial reports for leadership
  • Analyze technician performance, revenue trends, conversion rates, average ticket, and membership metrics
  • Utilize advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, formulas, exports) for deeper data insights
  • Support leadership with actionable, data-driven recommendations

Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Support

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automation and process improvements within ServiceTitan
  • Standardize system usage across departments to ensure consistency and best practices
  • Manage daily support requests including user onboarding, permissions updates, and troubleshooting
  • Communicate system updates, enhancements, and best practices to leadership and end users
  • Develop documentation and SOPs for system processes
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to align ServiceTitan strategy with overall business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceTitan administration experience (required)
  • Experience in residential home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of pricebook management, memberships, reporting, dispatch optimization, and automation
  • Experience managing integrations with accounting and marketing systems
  • Strong data integrity mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
